The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Assistant to join our Sydney office. This is a great role for someone looking to build and develop their career in a supportive, high-performing team.
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of activities, including:
- Billing and expense coordination
- Diary and travel management
- Supporting client relationships and preparing client materials
- Client reporting
- File management (electronic and physical)
- Preparing and amending documents, correspondence and presentations
- Event coordination and general team support
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in a similar Personal/Legal Assistant role or related environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence managing diaries, deadlines and competing priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (and billing systems experience is advantageous)
