IndigCareers was established for two reasons:
- to assist employers to attract and retain Indigenous staff;
- and to make sure Indigenous Australians have easy access to information on job vacancies.
Vision
At IndigCareers, our vision is that the Indigenous community should have access to a broad range of career opportunities; that they should be recruited and promoted on merit; and that they should be respected for their cultural background and beliefs.
Mission
Our mission is that we provide cost-effective, fast and culturally appropriate advertising solutions to employers seeking Indigenous employees. We also offer the expertise to embed businesses in Indigenous communities and help them become Employers of Choice for Indigenous candidates.
