The key duties of the position include:
- Manage the implementation and delivery of change programs and projects.
- Develop and execute structured change and communication plans.
- Provide expert advice on change strategy, change readiness, impact and training needs and deployment plans.
- Prepare basic process mapping, workflow analysis.
- Track and report on change readiness, adoption metrics, and feedback.
- Lead training, coaching, and mentoring to uplift change management capability across AUSTRAC, aligned with agency frameworks and standards.
- Collaborate with divisions and branches to deliver solutions driven by business needs and requirements.
- Prepare high-quality presentation decks, change artefacts, and content for governance committees and executive audiences.
Eligibility
Who are we looking for
We are seeking collaborative and proactive leaders with a strong background in Change Management to join the team at AUSTRAC.
Required
- Knowledge and experience working on complex and/or large scaled projects, including organisational change
Desirable
- Qualifications in change management and/or relevant industry experience.
- Background in Communications, adult learning or training experience.
To be eligible for this role you
- Must be an Australian citizen at the time you apply.
- Will need to undertake AUSTRAC’s pre-engagement checks.
- Will need to obtain and maintain an ongoing, minimum Baseline security clearance.
