Your New Role and Responsibilities 

Are you looking to build a career in Cyber Security? This End User Support Analyst role is a great oportunity to launch your career in this space.

We are seeking a new team member in this new business program where you can build your skills in the role as your add value to the team, you can develop your cyber skillset - no previous expereince required.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Provide IT support via phone, walk-up service, and ticketing system 
  • Assist with TechBar operations and face-to-face user support 
  • Troubleshoot devices and resolve common hardware/software issues 
  • Support and educate users on IT systems and tools

 

This is more than a support role—it’s a launchpad into cybersecurity with supported development and hands-on experience in the real world.

  • Passion for cyber security within the broader IT support landscape 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and assist across diverse support functions, following procedures with attention to detail

 

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and be willing and able to obtain an Australian security clearance.
