To support AUSTRAC's ongoing expansion and transformation, we're looking for Business Analysts to contribute to the improvement and efficient delivery of business operations and performance. As the APS6 Specialist, Business analyst, you'll be supporting strategic improvements across a range of significant programs and initiatives. Key Duties:

  • Analyse data and business processes to identify inefficiencies and support service delivery improvements.
  • Develop and present recommendations aligned with strategic goals.
  • Support design and implementation of business and service improvements.
  • Assist with business change initiatives, including documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to business improvement proposals and coordination of initiatives.
  • Prepare process mapping from current to future states with a focus on continuous improvement.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this role you:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen at the time you apply.
  • Wil need to undertake AUSTRAC's pre-engagement checks.
  • Will need to obtain and maintain an ongoing Baseline Clearance.
