Remuneration: $87,790 - $96,217 p/a - $3,365.00 - $3,688.00 p/f

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will draw on your personal experience and knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander traditions and customs to provide high quality, culturally safe and appropriate child protection services to children, families and carers serviced by the Child Protection Act 1999. 

You will support the South-East Regions implementation and operationalisation of Delegated Authority. You will work across Child Safety Service Centres and in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Organisations, supporting the growth and expansion of Delegated Authority. 

You will have a clear focus on the provision of culturally appropriate services and will use your own cultural expertise and knowledge to foster respectful relationships with communities and enhance positive relationships between children/young people and their families. You will share your cultural knowledge and contribute to growing the department’s cultural capability.
