Your opportunity:
As the Senior Program Officer, you will support the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Career Pathways Service to enable the progression of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander public sector employees into leadership and decision-making roles and strengthening the cultural capability of the Queensland Public Sector.
About you:
You will bring to this role the ability to engage effectively with both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, apply your cultural knowledge and expertise to support engagement and communication activities for the service, and to work with a broad range of stakeholders including First Nations sector leaders and non-Indigenous agency representatives to enable cultural capability uplift.
