About the Role 

We currently have an opportunity for a highly experienced HR professional to join the Strategic People Partnering Team at UniSA Mawson Lakes campus, and another at the City West campus. Reporting to the Deputy Director: Organisational Capability, you will play a pivotal role in helping deliver on our strategic vision through our people. As a credible and trusted senior business partner, you will work proactively to identify and analyse business needs and develop solutions to deliver on plans and objectives. You will lead talent initiatives such as workforce planning, be a change leader of transformational change in partnership with the Organisational Capability team; manage complex people risks; and offer insight and analysis to stakeholders in support of their business objectives.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field and demonstrated experience in partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex and diverse environment to achieve business objectives through its people
  • Extensive knowledge and experience managing and consulting on a broad range of strategic and organisational people issues including workforce planning, industrial relations, culture and capability development, change and performance management
  • Proven ability to progress change initiatives in a complex, dynamic and fast paced work environment
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching an executive team and collaborating with others in the pursuit of team goals 
  • Highly developed interpersonal and presentation skills, with the proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people, both internal and external to the University
