About the Role 

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the Strategic People Partnering Team at UniSA. Reporting to a Strategic People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in helping deliver on our strategic vision through our people. As a credible and trusted business partner, you will partner with leaders to develop organisational and people capability through innovative, stakeholder focused services, data-driven insights, and trusted advice to deliver on the University’s priorities.

Essential Skills and Experience 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related area, or extensive equivalent HR experience gained within a complex business environment
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering impactful advice and solutions to managers on people-related matters, including policy advice and interpretation, industrial relations, performance management, resource planning, and case management
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and influencing skills
