This exciting opportunity will allow you to participate in a broad range of interesting initiatives and groups, such as: Strategic Procurement and Procure to Pay (P2P), Information Management & Technology (IM&T) about user access, data entry and reporting.   You will have a significant role contributing to critical binding reports such as: Senate Orders or Payment Times Report and Indigenous Supplier Nation report. The role is also responsible for providing input into planning and decision-making processes to assist management in delivering business objectives.

 

Success in the role will require good knowledge and understanding of the procurement and payment business processes. More importantly, it is required to have extensive experience of system functionality regarding SAP SRM, MM & FICO modules. In particular, the development and maintenance support of the shopping cart, master data and transactional data interface from and to SAP, issue resolution, system improvements, user helpdesk support.

 

Your ability to build and maintain relationships will be highly valued as you will work with the business system owner areas and key stakeholders to facilitate meetings and workshops with excellent communication, project coordination and problem-solving skills.

 

Please note, the successful candidate requires Australian citizenship as they will be required to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance. 

 

Your duties will include:

  • Supporting day-to-day operation by answering user helpdesk system enquiry.

  • Coordinating with other service desks to maintain the issue register and provide up to date reporting.

  • Assisting the user access and system controls to comply with policy and procedure.

  • Monitoring the exception reports and handle error logs.

  • Investigating and raising system issues with relevant parties.

  • Analysing new releases and inform business area.

  • Carrying out Field and File mappings for data load or interface.

 

Location: All AU CSIRO Sites will be considered. A hybrid working environment is available.

Salary: AU$93,267 - AU$105,517 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) plus up to 15.4% superannuation

To be considered you will need:

  • Relevant trade certificate/diploma/bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience in finance or information technology as business and system analyst in the public sector.

  • Extensive SAP SRM, MM & FICO modules system configuration or development and maintenance experience.

  • Excellent user support including SAP master data, transactional data and interface.

  • Good customer service, personal dedication, great communication, project coordination and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to use Atlassian product such as: JIRA and Confluence is desirable.

  • Understanding of government Procurement and Payment policy and procedure is desirable

Eligibility
