As a Workforce Consultant you will be responsible for the resourcing, recruitment, and onboarding of contractors for BSA.
 
The purpose of this role is to deliver field ready contractors to the Operational Department in a timely manner. This includes (but is not limited to), utilising industry relevant recruitment tools, working alongside the Operational Department, utilisation of Microsoft Office to ensure an accurate resource pipeline is kept and effectively collaborating with contractors to ensure onboarding compliance requirements are finalised within the timeframes provided. 
 
Experience:

  • Previous experience within a resourcing, recruitment, onboarding, or similar position.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrable experience working well under pressure in fast paced environments, being able to multi-task.
  • Experience with high volume outbound calling (both internal and external).
  • Knowledge of and confidence using Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organised with proficient administrative skills and attention to detail.
