Indigenous Careers & Employment was established for two reasons:

• to assist employers to attract and retain Indigenous staff;
• and to make sure Indigenous Australians have easy access to information on job vacancies.

Vision

To achieve this vision, we provide cost-effective, fast and culturally appropriate advertising solutions to employers seeking Indigenous employees. We also offer the expertise to embed businesses in Indigenous communities and help them become Employers of Choice for Indigenous candidates.
